Why aren’t we able to achieve the same level of proficiency when we play by ourselves vs. when we play for others – you teacher, public performance or even just for some friends?

Yes, we need to practice everyday in order to master sound and technique but why very few people ever talk about practicing mind control as part of our daily music practice?

When playing to an audience, big or small, we are slaves of our mind and how we react to the situation. All the musical practice won’t help us if we lack confidence.
Confidence can be practiced by predicting and visualising a very specific moment – the performance.

These series of workshops will target mind control and how to develop and improve mental awareness for public performances.
Through visualisations, concentration techniques, breathing exercises and mind control tips you will gain more confidence when performing.
