Who are 1:1 lessons for?
Adults
We focus on teaching you essential skills to become a well-rounded saxophonist. These include learning by ear, transcription, improvisation, reading musical notation, rhythm, sound production, musicality, theory, preparation for auditions, preparations for ABRSM exams.

how we’ll do it
1. Foundations
Embouchure, sound, articulation, rhythm, reading and basic improvisation using tailored tunes and exercises.
2. Development
Refine tone across registers, master technique through arpeggios, patterns, scales, and develop finger control, dexterity and speed through pieces and rhythmic drills.
3. Advanced
Dive into the altissimo register, challenging repertoire, advanced techniques, expressive phrasing, and high-level musical interpretation.
