1. Course Details

Introduction to Saxophone: 5 weeks.

Materials and resources included. 

Non-refundable unless canceled 2 weeks before the start.

No rescheduling; missed sessions can be made up in the next available batch, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel a group class and aim to notify students within 7 days. In the event we need to cancel a group class you will be entitled to a full refund, transfer to another class or use the fee towards another course/package.

Saxophone Ensemble: 12 weeks. 

Materials and resources included. 

Non-refundable unless canceled 1 month before the start. 

No rescheduling or make-ups for missed sessions.

We reserve the right to cancel an ensemble course and aim to notify students within 7 days. In the event we need to cancel a group class you will be entitled to a full refund, transfer to another ensemble or use the fee towards another course/package.

2. 1 to 1 Lessons 

Flexible scheduling for all levels, ages 7+. 

Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. 

If you cancel within 24 hours from the start of the 1:1 lesson, you will still be charged for the lesson and no refund will be offered (cancellations must be made via email: info@londonsaxophoneschool.con or text/call: 07929635720).

Late arrivals for 1:1 lessons result in shortened lesson time.

3. Payments

Accepted methods: All major debit cards and cash.

3.1 Credit Card Security

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256 via our payment gateway Stripe. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

4. Refunds

No refunds for missed sessions in group courses.

Refunds for cancellations in 1:1 lessons require 24 hours’ notice, with exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 No refunds on digital products such as book and masterclasses.

5. Gift Vouchers

5.1 Purchase and Redemption

Gift vouchers for our courses and services are available for purchase and can be redeemed by the recipient for the specified course or lesson type. The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.

5.2 Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be honored, and no extensions will be granted.

5.3 Transferability

Gift vouchers are transferable to another individual, provided the transfer request is made in writing to info@londonsaxophoneschool.com

5.4 Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once purchased, the voucher amount cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

5.5 Course Availability

Redemption of gift vouchers is subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure a spot in the desired course or lesson.

5.6 Cancellation and Rescheduling

The same cancellation and rescheduling policies mentioned in the respective course or lesson-type sections apply to gift voucher redemptions. Please refer to the specific course or lesson/type sections on your gift voucher for detailed information on cancellation and rescheduling policies:

5.8 Additional Charges

If the cost of the chosen course or lesson exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the recipient will be responsible for covering the remaining balance.

6. Saxophone Rental

6.1 Booking and Fees

Saxophone rentals require a £250 deposit fee, payable upon booking. In addition, a non-refundable rental fee is also applicable.

6.2 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proper care and safekeeping of the saxophone throughout the entire rental period.

6.2 Return Procedure

Customers are responsible for the safe return of the instrument at the end of the rental period.

6.3 Damage and Repair

If the saxophone is returned damaged and requires repairs to restore playability, the repair costs will be deducted from the £250 deposit fee. In case the repair costs exceed the deposit fee, the customer will be invoiced for the remaining amount.

6.4 Refund Process

We aim to inspect the returned instrument within one working day and process the deposit refund within 7 days. Refunds are facilitated through Stripe. For information on Stripe refund processing times, click here

Please note that the rental fee is non-refundable, while the £250 deposit fee is subject to the conditions outlined above. 6. Conduct

Punctuality is crucial. Missed group sessions cannot be made up.

A positive and respectful attitude is required. Disruptive behavior may result in termination.

7. Recordings

Students may record lessons with the teacher’s permission.

8. Termination

Termination for disruptive behavior without notice.

Disruptive or negative behavior may result in immediate termination.

9. School Responsibilities

In the event of lesson cancellations or rescheduling, makeup classes organized by the school.

10. Miscellaneous

Students are responsible for keeping track of lesson schedules.
