Most saxophonists can play beautifully — until someone puts new sheet music in front of them. This workshop fixes that.

In this small-group session, you’ll learn the practical system I use with my own students to read rhythm and pitch faster, without translating every note in your head first. We’ll work through real examples together, at a pace that builds confidence rather than exposing gaps.

By the end of the session you’ll have:

• A simple framework for reading rhythm at sight, before you even look at pitch
• Practice drills you can use daily to build reading speed
• The confidence to say yes next time someone hands you music you’ve never seen

Who it’s for: Intermediate players who can play their instrument but freeze up reading new material — jam sessions, community bands, or just wanting to open a new tune and play it.
